Notable Quotables
I love quotations. In my humble opinion the weight of the world can be instantly lifted off one's shoulders, with the reading of an insightful, perceptive and clarifying quotation. Of course the quote in question must pertain to one's own woes in order to bring relief!
The following list of 'NOTABLE QUOTABLES' which I have taken the liberty to compile, were all quoted by historically-famous men and women with ENGLISH as their mother language.
The quotations are not meant to offend anyone. They say 'laughter is the best medicine', and it is in the spirit of that popular quotation that I present 'NOTABLE QUOTABLES'.
From time to time I shall update the list of quotations, so be sure to check back again!
